I have a problem with a booking. A client who booked on the web has contacted me via Facebook and requested booking confirmation. She was concerned to why we have not replied. She has also sent a screen shot of the booking reservation. This booking does not show on my calendar or anyware on the host page and i cannot contact Airbnb directly. Any ideas how to resolve this issue?
Keep all communications on Airbnb. Do not interact on Facebook or other platforms, @Gorgi-And-Danijela0.
You might be scammed as pictures are easy to fake. Or someone has faked your listing and your guest is the one being scammed.
Ask them to communicate through Airbnb. If the booking is not showing on your dashboard it is probably not a real booking. If you have Twitter you can send Airbnb a question by using direct message to @airbnbhelp
