I have a client trying to book but for some reason their credit card is not being accepted.  is this because I have not preapproved the booking?

@Sarah591 you have instant booking enabled so it can not be the reason.

Maybe they don't have enough money on their credit card or there are some other problems on their side.

Hi Sarah,

 

I have had guests that had similar problem and it is on their end. They didn't know how to enter their government ID, credit card, etc. It is up to them to contact Airbnb to get it corrected.
