Hi

I am struggling to find a straightforward explanation of how to 

1. book accomodation on a company name

2. make sure there will be an invoice that contains all the correct information for tax purposes

Have a look at AIrbnb Help Centre it has the information you need - search corporate and business travel.

When you book  - the booking confirmation will have the information your need in terms of costs.

Don't know what you need for taxes purposes so can't answer that. But you can call Airbnb  if the Help Centre doesn't have the information you need.
