calendar system problem

Hello,

I'm unable to keep track of my calendar! The system bug keeps opening the dates in the calendar that shouldn't be open because they are booked by other guests outside the Airbnb platform and also by the guests who booked through Airbnb the units which were blocked but airbnb bug unblocked it and then we put the guests in different units and now the bug is unblocking those dates too! It's a nightmare! Could you pls forward my urgent request to Airbnb system support service to contact me via email? Thank you.Paula
