Our house is availble for airbnb twice a year while we are away! how do i close the bookings after certain dates in the future - eg - i want to close all bookings after end of october until the next time - whenever that my be?????

@Robbie20  I wonder if the "snooze" listing would work for you.  As you can see, your listing will have "listed" and you can edit that to be snoozed.  That will make your listing invisible for searches but you can still communictate with booked guests.

You must un-snooze when you are ready to take bookings. Perhaps find the community help guides - there is one on calendar settings and working the calendar.

Hi marit!! I am a little confused.... I have my house as 'listed' but bookings are only opened for 3 day weekends during September October..... I have a 3 month ahead booking window which is fine for now but the calendar automatically opens up after that.... I want to block until May next year after end October!!do I need to do this manually???

Hi @Robbie20,

Under availability settings , instead of opening up the next month/three months, you can set it as "unavailable as default". Then you can go into the calendar, and just open up the specific dates you want.  I think that is much easier for a listing that is only available rarely (we have one).
