You don't say which dates are blocked or what the pattern of blocking is.
If it's some days before or after a reservation or it always seems to block dates after the current date then you could try adjusting your availability settings.
To find those go to your calendar and click on "Availability settings".
If you have "Preparation time" set to something other than "none" then some dates before and after a reservation will be blocked.
The "Advance notice" setting sets how much advance notice you require for a reservation and hence how many days from the current date will be blocked.
The "Booking window" setting allows you to specify how far in advance of the current date you're willing to accept bookings for.
If that's set to, say, 3 months then all dates out from 3 months from the current date will be blocked. This, of course, changes as each day passes.
Do you have your Airbnb or VRBO calendars synchronised with any other calendar, like Google, on which you have meetings or tasks scheduled? If yes, then that may block those dates on Airbnb and VRBO.
If the above doesn't explain the problem then you should contact Airbnb or VRBO support.
