can`t find my listing

Luxury,majestic house with garden, mountain view.  i have two listings same name i made yesterday. no progress i done everything right i dont undarstadnd what to do

Both listing are in the search system:

(maybe zoom in some more on the map when searching)

But why are the the listings about same room and also hosted by somebody else (not you) ?

the rooms are differet. because someone before was renting this house and put it on airbnb and didnt delete. we even had some guest arraving who didnt book with us...
