can't find my listing

Hello, I tried to do a search for my rental with out logging in.  It doesn't appear (Playa del Carmen)  I've read all the suggestios, but I put filters like "pet friendly and the exact price"  and actually only tree other properties appear, with a "only three properties left, book soon" but mine doesn't appear.  I tried serching for 5, 10 days, for the exact price and amenities.  I am very worried because there is actually no way to contant bnb to get answers.  So I rely on the community to be able to figure this out, and if it turns out to be a mistake, how could I fix it, if one cannot contant the bnb people?
