My guest inquired, and I accepted his request. There was an issue with his credit card, so I got the message that it's waiting for paayment. He has sorted that out, but wishes to change the dates of his booking, which is ok with me. I cannot find any way to change the dates, or cancel his booking so that he can rebook for the correct dates. I also cannot find, after much searching, any way to actually contact, hopefully call, anyone at AirBnB to discuss this or deal with it. I am in Canada.
