I'd suggest you have a good read of the Help section and get comfortable with all the nuances of being a Host.
That said, if a Guest cancels a booking you are not penalised in any way. On the contrary if their cancellation falls within your Cancellation Policy settings then you may be paid compensation.
If a Guest wants to cancel, help them to find where they can do it themselves... don't do them a favour and cancel from your end as there are significant penalties on you.
