Hi,

my guests want to cancel but they booked under the Strict policy. The reason is death in the family and I dont want to charge them. How can I (or they) cancel without paying of getting penalties?

Ensure that they cancel the booking themselves through Airbnb to avoid being penalised as a host for the cancellation.  If they are unable to stay due to extenuating circumstances, they will be entitled to a refund.
