Can anyone help me? I see no way to actually contact Airbnb about this.

I have had a guest request a booking for dates that she does not want because she saw I was blocked on the dates she actually wanted. It's blocked because I am booked those dates. /-: 

She has not removed her request and I can't respond (although I have through messaging several times) because if I decline they will block the dates that she did not even want to begin with and ding me. My 24 hour clock is ticking away and I am at my wits end on what to do about this. So frustrating.

Thanks for any advice anyone can offer.

Hi @Leila28,

 

You will not be dinged for declining this guest and if memory serves me correct ( I have a terrible memory) there is an option you can choose.  Also, in cases like these, I would just choose that I do not feel comfortable with the guest and and indicate that they requested dates that were already booked.

 

When you decline though, ensure that the box is not checked to block your dates as this is often already checked and this is often why the dates get blocked.
