Can anyone help me? I see no way to actually contact Airbnb about this.
I have had a guest request a booking for dates that she does not want because she saw I was blocked on the dates she actually wanted. It's blocked because I am booked those dates. /-:
She has not removed her request and I can't respond (although I have through messaging several times) because if I decline they will block the dates that she did not even want to begin with and ding me. My 24 hour clock is ticking away and I am at my wits end on what to do about this. So frustrating.
