cancelation policy: I don't see it being applied to a recent cancelation
King Suite Westlake in Austin recently canceled me weeks after making the reservation and two weeks before our trip because, they say, some personal issue came up.....I'm surprised to see that they did not get an automated "cancellation" review and that they have some of the same days available....also they raised their price from 80/day to 125/day. Hmmmm. Can anyone explain this? Also, is there anyway to get tel, chat or email support from Airbnb?
