Hello All

So my guest just cancelled his reservation. 

I have a strict policy so he will only be refunded 50%. 

I was just wondering how the payout works for this? do i still get paid 50% of the booking? and when is the payment released?

@Kerry60: The money is sent to you the night the guest would have checked in, just as your normal payment would take place.
