Hi,

 

Our cancellation policy is full refund until 5 days prior to check in.

 

we had a booking for Aug', which was canceld today and  I think that the guest was not fully refunded.

 

I still see in furture payments almost the whole original amount to be paid and i have the option there to make a refund.

 

why the refund was not made automatically?

@Maya51  I think you have the correct understanding of what should be refunded.  However, it would be better if encourage the guest to reach out to Air BNB instead of you trying to figure it out.  If the amount is small, the there may be currency value changes since the booking was made.
