Hi, I'm Minh and I have paid for a hostel for 2 people from 10-13 april. At the first time, I thought that the money not has been paid if the request was decline, but when I checked my account. I saw my money had been withdrawn. I feel so sad if there will be noone gonna has the responsibility for such things.
I hope that I will have helps from Airbnb. I can send you guys all proof of my bank account if it is needed.
