cancellation fees for hosts

I think I have been charged a host cancellation fee unfairly. what should I do?

I see the automated host cancellation review.  If you did not cancel the reservation, or you thought you cancelled for an appropriate reasons, it is best you speak with the Air BNB rep.  Here is a guide for contacting Air BNB.
