cancellation policy

I am new to Airbnb and would like to make our cancellation policy super strict.  It says "by invitation only"  how do I get this option?

@Bill172 - you cannot.  This is a grandfathered policy and, unless you have a very high-end property - like those properties that are entire islands that you must rent for 10-days at a time for over $20,000 - you will only be able to use "Strict".  And you will note, that even entire islands do not get that status automatically: https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/17539023?

First you must have an outstanding listing, @Bill172. Then Airbnb will send you the invitation. An outstanding one means people will book it full a year or more in advance.
