As a fairly newhost,  I recently had to cancel two bookings as guests automatically booked at the same time as other bookings I had.   How this happened I seriously do not know.  Nevertheless,   The calendar states that these bookings were cancelleed  by me and that is incorrect.   I had no option but to cancel the bookings as I had not personally made these bookings.    The prospective tenants were doing their own bookings without my knowledge.   I would never allow this to happen in a property of mine.      I now have a problem that my calender is blocked on certain  dates avising prospective tenants that I cancelled the booking.   I urgently need this notice removed as the dattes are available for a booking.   What do i do?? thanks

Hi @Jocelyn15, contact Airbnb. Twitter is the best and quickest way.

@Jocelyn15 it seems you are not aware of the penalties that Airbnb imposes when hosts cancel. The details are here. But if you plead your case to Airbnb they might remove the cancellation and automatic review as you are a new host but there's no guarantee of this. As @Leonie3 said a direct message to @Airbnbhelp on Twitter seems to be the current best and quickest method of getting a response, but the full contact methods are listed here.
