Hi, i have got reservation for 3 people (adults) where I only rent double bedroom... The only one case that I can give the room to more than 2 it would be if they come with child as I have cot/toddler bed available. Whatt should I do in such situation???

Is it clear in your listing that you only accept a maximum of 2 guests? If so, you should message the guest to tell them that your listing states a maximum of 2 guests and that they need to cancel their booking and look for something else that will accommodate all 3 of them.

@Aleksandra52, your listing does say "3 guests" at the very top.

I know you explain about the 2 adults and 1 child in your description, but if a guest searches for listings that fit 3 adults, your listing will appear and can be booked.

Since AirBnB sort of does not count children, you might need to either set your guest capacity to "2" or spend a lot of time cancelling reservations.
