Hi guys

When I view my home page its says cancellation "strict" but on my accounts page next to my customers itenary its says "long term" why is that?

Any bookings from 1-27 days fall under your chosen standardised cancellation policy.

bookings 28 days and over are covered by the long term cancellation policy - you can check the guidence given under the help section regarding this type of policy to see what it means for you
