Hello all, I recently had a guest make a reservation.  In my haste, I approved the reservsation thnking that it was for this May.  I then realized ( the following day that it was for May 2020).  I only want to take bookings until the end of this year.  I have since changed my calendar to end Dec. 2019.  I have reached out to the guest via Airbnb and via text and have received no response.  How do I fix this situation without losing my Superhost status?

Try calling Airbnb... meanwhile get your calendar up to date and keep it that way...

in your calendar under availability settings you can set a booking window  according your needs.

 

I have set mine to 6 months into the future. At the beginning of the year I start with 9 months into the future, but after a couple of months I change it to 6 months and towards the end of the year I change it again to 3 months. As soon as I get all my schedules from my work for the new year, I then change it back to 9 months.
