Dear Sirs, 

Guest reservated my place without a request. I think I filled my acount not correct and I left that opportunity to book without the request.

Now guest do not answer my message 6 days. I did not understood her message and ask to write in english.

Could I cancel the reservation without penalty?

@Viktorija16 use google translate to see what she says. Have you tried contacting her on her mobile phone? Does she have verified ID and filled out profile? If she doesn't return your calls you can have Airbnb contact her or if you decide you definitely don't feel comfortable hosting her you can have Airbnb cancel her reservation penalty free.
