Hi, i am trying to cancel my reservation and its telling error, and not letting me do so... what can id o please?

Hello @Joelle70,

If you're trying to cancel using the app on your phone or tablet you could try loging in to the website on a laptop and canceling there. Try on the app if you tried on the website already.

Sometimes I find I get an error on the app but the same thing works on the website.

If that doesn't work then contact Airbnb support. In the confirmation email you received when booking there should be a link to contact them.
