cancellations

My guest canceled her reservation then waited for a cancellation notice and reserved some different dates. She texted me through the webite and said all was good! Reservation made and paid in full. However; the calendar still shows her original reservation and I (the Host) have not received any cancelation OR a new booking notice from Airbnb. This happed about 2 hours ago. Should I just wait to see what happens? I DID NOT cancel the reservation the guest did. Also-how did she pay in full? Appreciate the assiatance.  Peggy

@Peggy0 Call AirBnB if the orginial dates are still blocked. Sounds like the guest booked the new dates, but did not offically cancel the old ones. Next time just Alter the reservation dates and no one has to cancel.
