Hello, Mela did a booking and airbnb confirmed her booking. WHY it happened? We have reservation via booking com from 26 of january, reservation number **, for 20-28/04. And it has to be syncronised with Airbnb lonf time ago. Why she was able to book ocupied dates???

The problem is at Booking.com, they have a bug and are trying to fix it

I can't accept the reservation. What we do?

@Assen1 You must contact airbnb and they can cancel the booking. You must NEVER do it yourself as you will get penalized hard. Contact telephone numbers for your country you can find under "Help section" and then "Contact airbnb" . Or contact airbnb through the specific reservation if you want to write to airbnb instead of calling them. You can find a link to contact airbnb in the reservation.
