after PENDING where can i change and ask other price from Geusts? i cant find it /?

You can sent a guest a special offer after receiving an inquiry

If guests allready sent a reservation request, you can not change the price. The price settings in your listing must be set correct. You can change a confirmed reservation, but again: guest will not accept higher price as the price offered in the listing must be correct.
