changing payout method

Hello friends,

I am not sure if I should write here since it is a technical question. Please do let me know if I should message somewhere else who s dealing with tech support.

Problem : I am not using paypal anymore and I would like to change my payment method. When I complete the info, page says me to press the button to have new tab to fill the bank info, but it's not working. I am a computer consultant and I am good at using computer, it is neither my nor my pc's fault. Can anyone help me to find out a solution or direct to right person?
