charging for extra guests

we have a property with two bedrooms, how can we list a price for two people and a price for four people as it doubles the amount of hot water wear and tear etc having four people staying?

its listed as two beds for four people at the moment

@Sharron7, go to Dashboard -> Your Listing -> Calendar and More -> Price Settings (top left) -> Extra charges and currency. In that dropdown you can set an extra charge for each guest after 2. 

That is working from a laptop/desktop. It will be slightly different in the phone app.
