If you offer single night stays, I normally would advise "YES".

However, I see you are already highly booked and charge a good/highish rate. You are obviously doing something right. Why change a good thing?

@Kim973, that's what I did because I realised that 1-night stays were far more work. So to make the price fairer for my guests, I dropped my nightly rate and added a cleaning fee.
