Anytime I have a guest for several days, I ask them when they arrive if they would like their space tidied and fresh bedding when my cleaner comes. I let them know the day this would happen, and let them decide if they want this or not. I pay my cleaner extra to do this, but I think it's a good thing for guests who are staying awhile.

Hello @Jossy0,

You can do it any way you want, as long as the guest is well informed.  Here is my suggestion, though.  I would let them know that I go in weekly for linen change.  The reason for this is two fold.  First, it will most likely elicit good feelings on the part of your guest, who will feel that you are considering their needs and taking good care of them.  Second (and the more important reason, in my book), it will allow you to set your eyes on the place periodically, to reassure yourself that everything is fine, and there is no mayhem happening.

Hi @Jossy0

I would suggest you change the bedding, towels and give the room a tidy weekly.

Agree with your guests a suitable time to do this.
