cleaning

I am quite new in the Airbnb, so one of my first guest will stay 28 days (max. no. of days I put). Does anybody has an expirience in making agreement on cleaning. 

I somehow undestood that I will clean before and after, and in the meantime, I will offer to guest cleaning equipment + beddings, towels...?

Is that common "procedure"?

@Natasa38 As most guests idea of cleanliness is different you need to decide what you want. My view would be that for stays longer than 5 nights there is a supplementary cleaning fee so that you can keep on top of things. You agree this up front with the guest and agre a suitable time to clean/tidy up.

@Gerry-And-Rashid0  Thank you so much for an advice. For me, it will be fine and in my interest to do so, I just hope the guest will accept additional costs. 

Did you mean to agree with the guest on the costs payable in cash, on the spot?
