Hello Everyone,

 

I think my case manager didn’t act professionally neither was fair enough towards a problem raised by one of my guests. How can escalate the issue?

You can try to reopen the case and/or you can give Airbnb feedback:

If it is not a big issue, maybe better let it go, as Airbnb CS can be difficult to deal with.
