connection to airbnb

Does it make any difference if l log on via airbnb.com or airbnb.co.uk? Ask as when l asked a question they answered to my travel and not my host listing inline.

Yes, there is a difference, as co.uk is is the website you normally use when living in the UK

Some default settings will apply (like prices in GBP, UK-english,  special features for tax etc).

Airbnb.com is the international/US website. Allthough login is the same, website is not the same and when asking a question from Airbnb.com the system can assume it is about travelling (as your hosting activitities are probably setup on co.uk)

I myself are on the Dutch (airbnb.nl) website, it is different in many ways from airbn.com, like having a section to add different taxes to listings, which is not available on Airbnb.com (and maybe also not airbnb.co.uk ?)

Best regards,

Emiel
