contacting a guest

I have a guest who wants to stay at my place in Egypt.  Due to local laws a couple must be married,  they have a certificate & they need to send me a copy to show the Manager to make it all legal.  They are not able to send me it in an email as my address is 'HIDDEN'    Does anyone know how to sort this out?

Why can't they send it via email?

Take a picture of the papers with your mobile, send it. Problem solved.
