My accountant wants to know how many nights in 2018 were occupied with airbnb. Is there a quick way to find this?
I can find it for the month but not for the year.
Thanks
Go into your list of bookings for the year and add them up.
Lol, I don't want to count bookings.... I want total nights. I can go to the calendar and count the nights.... That's obvious.
I was winwonder if there is a place where the total is available, similarly to the total $ for the year.
Goto section "performance" (from main menu at top), choose tab "earnings".
Scroll down and click on the year 2018 (underneath the graphic), then the amount of occupied nights in 2018 will be on the list beneath it.
You can also download CSV files (regarding selected periods) from Transaction History page, to be loaded into a spreadsheet , to create custom statistics.
And you can use the filter option in the "reservations list" to select all reservations and sum up the amount of nights (displayed under each reservation).
Which can also be done by downloaded a CSV file (option "export"), so then the spread sheet can sum up....
Best regards,
Emiel
Thank you @Emiel1. This is what I suggested to @Liz244 in my response, but you explained it more clearly.
@Liz244 I know you wanted the number of nights, that's why I suggested you go into your listing to see your bookings for 2018 on a spreadsheet and add up the number of nights for each booking to give you the total number of nights.
I didn't suggest you go into your calendar and check them individually.
