I had a host bonus coupon that I was using to book travel in Spain.

When I was paying for my selected listing it asked me do I want to pay the €102 in full or 50% now and 50% later.

I selected 50% now. The value of my coupon was €88 so I would have to pay the balance of €14 myself.

When I clicked Confirm and Pay it told me this booking was not valid to cover 50% now and 50% later.

So I selected 100% now but the token or coupon was now no longer available.

Then it took the entire cost of the booking from my account.

Token is now gone.

What do I do to fix this?
