dark sky community language

Hello! Our Airbnb home is in a dark sky community, and I just heard from a neighbor that guests have been turning on our outdoor lights (which are a lot) and leaving them on all night.  Has anyone every dealt with this issue, and how did you resolve it?  I would like to include some language in my welcome message and also around the house on signage - wondering if anyone has any suggestions for how to word?

Install a technical feature, so the lights will turn off after a certain amount of time.
