Hi 🙂 How do i get an amount of the deposit back from the guests?

The apartment was dirty when the left after their stay, and i want to collect 300 kr from their deposit of 2000 kr.

How do i do this?

You can charge a cleaning fee,  you do not currently, the Security Deposit is for damages.

If the place was so bad that it was over and above ordinary cleaning then you need to raise a claim with AirBnB within 48 hours of the guest's departure. However, you will need photos etc - just leaving a place messy is not reason to charge addtional cleaning fees and will be unlikely to succeed. Some people leave a place spotless others don't.
