i'm trying to pay for the trip but this always appears. i think it's because of the zip code. i already tried several zip codes, my location and the location i'm trying to book but it still fails. any advice please?
Are you using the app or are you on the website? If you're on the website you can try deleting your cookies and browser history, that often fixes quite a lot of issues. If you're using the app, try deleting and reinstalling the app.
