Does Airbnb allow Hosts to except dogs ?

It's up to you - not Airbnb (and remember that service dogs have additional rules for acceptance so do your research).

Airbnb manages the booking of your property - and you, as the Host, create your rules for your property.

So if you, as the Host, allow animals/dogs to be at your property with a guest, then the answer to your question is yes.

Set out your expectations (in your listing description and house rules) for guests with pets so there is clear understanding between both parties - e.g.

up to 2 dogs allowed, must not be left alone at the property, house-trained and clean up expected outside, any damage or mess will be charged for..... and so on.
