editing pictures

I am a new host, using Windows and Google Chrome as browser.  Had no trouble loading pictures but now my picture scroll button is greyed out and I cannot edit or re-order my pictures.  Help, please!  Thanks, The Inn at Mallard Cove

Yes, ha ha, problem solved.   Nothing was wrong!  I had forgotten that I had to upload/edit pictures from within my channel manager software, not directly in my airbnb host page.

Hi! If you're trying to do this on your phone, try it on a computer or tablet. I can't make any changes to my listings unless I'm on the computer. Hope this helps.

Tried to reply earlier but was delayed by, in my opinion, excessive and redundant airbnb security procedures to get in to my own account.  "Channel Manager Software", in airbnb terms, I think means third-party software that many B&Bs use to manage their reservations.  They are like an on line availability calendar which consolidates all your reservations from different sources.  Examples you could look up on line would be ThinkRreservations or Reznexus.  Once airbnb is configured to integrate with a channel manager, all changes to availability or to the pictures need to be made from within the Channel Manager software, not airbnb.

I'm having a similar problem - I  uploaded pictures but when I click "edit" to try to reorder them it brings up a blank page.

I'm trying to move my pictures into some semblance of order and it just rearranges the wrong ones.  couldn't change my cover picture either...I'd select one and another would show up.  SOOO  FRUSTRATING!!!
