How can I contact airbnb with a question that is not urgent?! (i.e. I do not need to nor do i want to ring them.
There used to be a form on their website you could complete and they would (eventually) reply. That seems to have been removed.
And no way to email them directly, as far as I can tell.
Infuriatingly frustrating!
@Gon0 the email contact method has been removed but a good way of contacting them is to send a message on Twitter to @airbnbhelp
Thanks for that. But I am not on Twitter.
I can't believe they have removed all the customer support contact options! What kind of organisation does such a thing??? Not even an online Form you can complete and submit!!
VERY POOR JOB, AIRBNB
Unbelievable. Hosts cannot contact a company that we work with. I am now searching for the right government body with which to register a complaint. I have also sent a letter by snail mail to the founders of the company. Insane.
@Gon0 I am like you in that I tend to resist change, especially when it happens without warning. That being said, I usually end up just giving in. Finally got a Smart Phone which for months was smarter than me but now find it very helpful with this business. I really dislike Twitter, but I have found it useful in contacting Air BNB with technical issues questions.
Are you aware of the community guide for contacting Air BNB on this site? It includes an alternative for reaching Air BNB via email. Here is a link for you.

This page does not lead to either an email address or a phone number.
Hello @Gon0,
If you want to offer feedback or report a bug there is also this feedback form, found in the Help Center.
I understand you maybe looking for an answer to a question you have though, so perhaps you might like to try asking here in the Community Center or if you haven't already having a search around you might find the answer to it here therefore preventing having to contact the Support Team. Alternatively, there is lots of information in the Airbnb Help Center.
Does this help? 🙂
