I am also trying to find a way to reach them directly. My payout for a completed reservation was a fraction of the amount and need it corrected.

Have you used the search functions in these forums? Question has been asked and answered hundreds of times.

Also if you look at the forum you are posting on 1st post details all the ways to contact them.

Dear all,

I want to email to airbnb team (including airbnb area). I am a host in Vietnam - as I know it belongs to China airbnb.

My guest cancelled booking at check-in time. So I have not receive money from guest but I made refund guest all amount. So in my account, it automatic refund but infact I have not get money from guest befor refund. What should I do now?

I call from Vietnam to China airbnb, the girl in airbnb team who talked to me told me that she will write email to me, but I still waiting for her email but I have not receive. What should I do now? I can not call from my country to China many times, the telephone cost very high.

I want  to find a way to reach AirBnB directly. My payout for a completed reservation was a fraction of the amount and need it corrected. 

I wonder AirBnB running such big business and getting high incomes from us, but there is no email and contact details for guests and hosts. I am thinking to quit all of my listings.
