im having a family emergency ( daughter is missing ) . i am currently hosting and am booked with the present guest until the 18th. i would like to make other arrangements for my guests and make sure they are happy with the service i have provided . what should i do ?
I'm really sorry to hear about your situation, I imagine it is very distressing and it's difficult to think about hosting. You posted this a few days ago, have you since been able to contact Airbnb and have them sort something out for your guests? Do give us an update if you can.
