im having a family emergency ( daughter is missing ) . i am currently hosting and am booked with the present guest until the 18th. i would like to make other arrangements for my guests and make sure they are happy with the service i have provided . what should i do ?
Call Airbnb and ask them to fix. You have more important things to deal with.
Let your guest know you are in the middle of an emergency and you will be contacting Airbnb to get them re-homed.
Also, snooze your listing, @Denise184, so you don't have to deal with inquiries and requests while in the midst of this.

I'm really sorry to hear about your situation, I imagine it is very distressing and it's difficult to think about hosting. You posted this a few days ago, have you since been able to contact Airbnb and have them sort something out for your guests? Do give us an update if you can.
