Hi

I got this error with 2 different credit cards when I try to pay for the booking:

Try and contact your bank asking them to help you. I have had several guests who couldn't pay back in the days because the card was blocked by the bank.

Hi Sandra,

Thanks for your reply but I have tried with another credit card from another bank and got the same problem.

I have also tried to contact airbnb assistance for their help but got no reply for several days now...

I will try anyway to ask the banks if there is a problem and let you know

I got the very same problem and have absolutely no idea what else I can try to get around it.

Sorry for the late reply

No solution was found and I had to book with my daughter's profile and book another with booking.com.

Today I have tried again with another apartment and it still does not work.

My bank told me there is no problem and only airbnb website is making this payment problem.

have you been more lucky than me? Have you found a solution?
