I did not know that I had to accept immediately and was exchanging e mails with the guest when the system blocked us off as "expired". I can not re accept him as the system does not allow me to unblock the dates nor send him a special offer as was suggested. Wghat can I do???
I am quite desperate and the guest wants to stay but I do not know how to handle this. please help
A booking request expires after 24 hours if you do not except or decline. But you can unblock the dates in your calender and then guest can book again.
