Dear Sir/Madam, I have read details about pricing on Your site, but I am now confused... I have already put my house on Your site. Could You explain it to me, more precisely: - how much I pay you; - is it 20% or 3% of the rental price; -until which day in month I have to pay you; -what is the amount of cancellation pricing and etc.; -do I pay anything when I don't have guests from airbnb? @Guest3 Filip this is a forum for hosts and guests, no Airbnb employee is going to answer here. As to your questions: 1. You pay 3% fee and Airbnb automatically reduces it from your price so when you get the payment it is all for you, Airbnb is already payed, 2. You get your money sent one day after the guest checks in, 3. If you cancel a reservation for no reason ( read the Terms&Conditions ) you do have to pay a penalty, the dates will be blocked and you wont be able to become Superhost for a year, 4. You dont pay anything when you don't have guests from Airbnb. All of your question are answered on the Airbnb page, I would suggest to read the FAQ's first and then set up your listing.
