Invest in marketing to guests who you have identified as your target market @Wilson157  including listing on relevant channels and taking direct bookings.

 

You also don't have any information on your profile on Airbnb so write something to give people any idea of your background and hosting style. Is that your profile photo BTW?

 

When you set up your listing did you do any research into supply and demand for your type of property?
